When you setting in individual products, it will overide setting in WooCoomerce -> Dynamic price by role -> Price by role

Simple product: In setting Products -> All Products -> Price by role
Regular price: it will be used if the product is not on sale and no setting price by quantity in the user role.
Sale price: It will be used if the product is on sale and no setting price by quantity in the user role.
Price by quantity: You can add min quantity and set price it. You should set min quantity smallest to largest
Example:
min quantity: 3; price: 15
min quantity: 5; price: 14
min quantity: 7; price: 13
When customer by 3, 4 price product is 15
When customer by 5, 6 price product is 14
When customer by 7, 8, 9, 10... price product is 13
Variable product: You can see setting price by role in setting Products -> All Products -> variations
In setting Products -> All Products -> Hide price. You can change hide price, hide add to cart in individual product
