Hide Payment

After the setting is done you need Clear customer sessions and Clear template cache in setting WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools

Hide Payment

You Go to WooCommerce -> Hide shipping, Payment -> Hide Payment

You can select list user role to disable with specific payment method.

Example:

Payment method Direct bank transfer disable with user role: Whole Sale, No login(Guest)
